Chapter 3: Nightmare Come trueRatchet was a few hours into the daunting task of trying to find the abandoned sparkling's parents. Springer and his team expressed some thought of adopting the child if its parents didn't want him, but the thought of what Springer had said 7 months ago, 'I hope that kid isn't born, or doesn't survive' rang in his head. Sighing to himself, he looked over to see the sparkling sleeping soundly. Taking a few minutes from staring at his computer screen, he walked over to the little one and took a quick look to see if he needed changing or a feeding.
"You must be one tired little guy," said Ratchet. "You must have had one scary experience with being all alone with no-" He stopped abruptly to hear a soft chime coming from his computer. "There can't be a match yet." Leaving the little one to rest a little longer, he took a look to see who the sparkling belonged to. His spark stopped for a moment as he read
