Personal Items: A bottle for water, magic beans, and a bug net.

Personality: She's a smooth and gentle girl. _{...Now. XD}

Brief Bio:
Cecily was about 10 years old when she "ran away from home", or rather, "flew". She was a bit of brat when she was this young.
She flew away from Skyloft as fast as she could and came across Crescent Reservoir. She landed to let her bird take a break and get a drink of water, planning to keep going. But this island drew her in.
After some consideration, she decided to stay on it. But, being as it wasn't out of Skyloft's reach, her parents found her with in a day or so. she was forced to go back to Skyloft. As she grew older, her parents let her go to the island whenever she felt like it. You can find her there almost 24/7 now a days.
